Listing for Authentic Item removed

Hey guys,

I recently listed a Pre-Order for a pair of shoes I have in transit, and it was removed by eBay for “going against eBay’s Counterfeit Policy”. My issue with this is that the products I list are ALWAYS 100% Authentic, with a money back guarantee (this is also noted within every item’s description)

I even go as far as to mention the sites in which I have received the pairs from (in this case, Kith & Concepts International, both authentic retailers).

Im not sure where to go from here, as I’d like to relist the item, as I haven’t went against any rules. I just don’t want to be penalized for relisting this item, should this mishap happen again.

Any advice on where to go from here?

I suppose you could try calling EBay although I don't know if it would do any good.  Relisting could get you a short or long ban from selling on EBay, so I would not do that.
