Is there any way to get a summary of our listing categories??

They can be seen at the top of your active listings. What type of 'summary' do you need? Please expand...

Edit: Your selected categories are to the left of your Listings, in blue.

If we are using multiple categories, Is that effect for sales drop?? Any idea about that?

The categories won't cause a drop in sales, but dropshipping that cheap junk from China could.
