Hi everyone,
I'm creating my eBay template and trying to add additional buttons in my footer for:
- Shop Page
- Feedback Profile
- About Page
- Contact Page
Although I have managed to make these buttons work on the desktop, I am unable to find any way to make them work on the mobile app. I've read that the eBay mobile app often sandboxes content within the app environment, which can prevent external links from opening properly. This leads to links redirecting to the home page or not functioning as intended, which is exactly what is happening to me right now.
I've decided to ask this question here in hopes that eBay can confirm this 100% or offer any solution.
At the moment, I've hidden these buttons for mobile devices. so while desktop devices have full functionality it's not fair for the mobile buyers that they only see the shop button (as this one works perfectly).
If I open developers tools and mobile view I can see that the links are changing as fallows:
But they doesn't fork like that on real app.
