Can anyone tell me if/how/where to find a report of my active listings (preferably a csv download) that reflects shipping info ("free shipping" vs "calculated"). I've run the SELLER HUB>REPORTS>DOWNLOADS option, but don't see if/how to select included data/columns. The download from the "Active Listings" page is only focused on "Item Specifics" ... help?

Don't understand why ebay doesn't allow a selection of fields to export to a .csv file, so I guess I'll do it myself. So I copied/pasted the info from my active listings page (a little over 2k listings) to an Excel spreadsheet. Is initially pretty "chaotic", but it's consistent so with a little sorting & reorganizing, I generated the sheet below. I pulled my part number from my personal spreadsheet(s). Will work for my purposes ... not something I'd want to do all the time.
Are there still any reasons/benefits as a seller to list with "free shipping"? Higher rating status? Lower final value fees?

Probably an impossible report to run if you are looking for cost on the calculated items. If you are just looking for a listing if you look at your active listing's and use the shipping cost column to sort in an accending order the free shipping items will show first followed by calculated or set price shipping items. As to how you download that file is a good question I have tried about everything I can think of and come up empty.

Thanks for the reply. I don't really need to know the calculated amount, although down the road it would be helpful to see the service/dimensions/weight I'd entered for some older listings. For now, I'd like to see my part numbers and if it had been listed as "Free Shipping". I need to update certain part numbers/listings to "Calculated" and need to easily identify those. Sorting the active listing display by shipping cost isn't exactly convenient and I'd like to see sorted by my part number underneath that, so a csv export would be best for me. Thanks again.

Hi @wader1914 ,
There is a not a download of active items that would have shipping information. The suggestion by @dbfolks166mt to add a column for shipping cost to the "Manage active listings" page in Seller Hub and then sorting by the cost is a good one.
There is also the Business Policies feature that allows sellers to manage their shipping, return, and payment policies from one central location. You can find information about the Business Policies feature at:

Quite welcome I am actually looking at your listings and can identify all those with free shipping I am still looking to see if there is a way to download the information to a CSV or Excel spreadsheet but so far no luck.
