I created a listing selling a GPU and waited 24 hours, i copied and pasted the name searching for it trying many other ways and couldn't get the listing to show up. I recreated the listing and it hasn't been 24 hours but I received an email stating that the sell is live and in the past selling items its shown own quickly ive tried changing the name and other aspects but i cant find the listing without the direct link. anyone know why i cant find it?

i waited over 24 hours on the first one and i couldnt find it
You also revised that listing twice about twelve hours before you ended the listing.

New listings can take up to 24 hours to be indexed and appear in search.
If you revise a listing before it appears, it goes to the back of the line.

Search for it by item #
It may be the algorithm that finds search results if it is a common search term

I don't see any items in your "items for sale"
Did you get a email verifying your listing?

I agree with #eburtonlab.
I don't know what time you listed your item, but it can take a bit to show up. It has been like that for ever, so try to be patient. I assume there is some verification involved, especially with things like GPU's that are hot items.
This is for your benefit also.
Good luck!

What does that mean goes to the back of the line ? 🤔

That means that if you revise an item listing before it is indexed (before it reaches the front of the line to be indexed), it is taken out of the line and then must get back in line behind all the other items waiting to be indexed that have not been revised. That means it can take up to 24 hours again to reach the front of the line after a revision.
It does not always take the full 24 hours for an item listing to be indexed, but theoretically you could list an item and then keep revising it every twenty three hours and never complete indexation and never appear in search.

EBAY IS BROKEN AND THEY ARE NOT ADMITTING IT !

I see sixteen items you currently have listed. If you listed an item and do not see it after it has been twenty-four hours since the last revision, please post an item number.

eBay being broken is not relevant to this discussion.

@Anonymous
I see four items you have listed on ebay.co.uk, including one newly listed.
If the item has not appeared after 24 hours since the last revision, please post an item number.
