Hello Friend,

I can't add listing. It say {Your account is currently limited. Go to Messages to find out what you need to do next.}  But My limit is 500/25000$ Please can you help me. How to solve this problem.

Well for one you have 5 negative FB of "never sending the item" so I would start there.

Next, you need to find a way to get paid in Sri Lanka so check out Payoneer..

But with that FB;  5 neg- I don't know anyone that would buy from you. Sorry

I would say you have been shut down for having an illegal Paypal account.

Your government prohibits Paypal for incoming funds. If this law changes you may then be able to sign up to eBay managed payments, until then you can not sell on eBay

Are they shutting you down because you don't have a legal way to be paid?

You wouldn't be the first one from Sri Lanka getting shut down.

This likely has nothing to do with your listing limits. There is some other problem. You need to follow the instructions eBay has sent you. Go to your Messages to find the explanation for the restriction and then come back here and post what it says. Then someone may be able to help you. Best to you.
