How did I get suddenly stuck with a new listing frame? There are no text options. No control of underlining, color of font, size of font, italics, etc. The only thing I'm getting the option of changing is Bold or not bold, bulleted or numbered. No other options available.. What a pain in the neck. I didn't manually accept this new listing frame. How did I get it, and how do I get my old listing options back? I want to have control over the text in my listings. I tried to defeat the restrictions by using Word Pad. But If I copy and paste from another program, it pastes in screwed up, and cannot be altered. What are you doing to me, EBay? It's slowing me down and that's especially infuriating because I'm trying to work hard to make up for crummy sales.

Call ebay and have them put your listing form back to the old one. They will. I did it. The new one is missing so much stuff

If you click on the "Advanced" button to the right, it will show you the font, color, etc., options.
Yes, ebay employs idiots who like to make changes for the sake of making changes to get a pat on their back. None of these people have ever been in a "seller's shoes" so why would they care ??? My 2 cents today !!!
Hope

It doesn't matter if you use chrome or firefox or something else. When you are listing or revising your listing look at your description box and look to the right you will see a link that says "advance editing". Click on that you and you will be able to make changes to your font.

Click advanced editing to open up the toolbar
Make sure you're not using the quick listing tool. I don't think this is available there.
