Hello, I have a restriction on placing goods on the Ebay platform. When will this time limit expire? How can I solve this problem? What is the reason for the restriction and what documents are required for it?

You should have been notified as to the reason for the restriction and also what documents are required.

You should have received a message telling you all you need to know about your selling restrictions. I can say this all sellers have monthly selling limits on how many items allowed to sell and the cost of goods.

They most likely will ask for shipping info for those Prada boots you sold and perhaps receipts for those brand new boots. They may have been deemed questionable or unauthentic. New sellers who start selling expensive items right from the start will always raise red flags. You may have also have a limit as to how many items you can list until you start to accumulate some feedback as a seller. I would contact eBay customer service and perhaps they can steer you in the right direction as what to do next. You can ask for increases every 30 days, but since you state your account is restricted, it may not be possible.
Contact eBay. They can explain.
Good luck

Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking. They can hold the payment for the full 21 days if you're selling in a high risk category.
Since you are in Kazhakistan, it is even more likely that your restrictions will be permanent. EBay is very strict these days with overseas sellers, particularly those in the Russian sphere of influence.

All new sellers have a limit on how much they can list.
Keep listing and selling when you can without any problems and they'll start raising your limits.
