Hello Everyone.
I sold an item and the buyer told me that the item was moldy when they received it and cannot be used. I check everything I send out. The item was not moldy or warped. I refunded them the money because I didn't want a bad review. I didn't think to ask them to send it back. It makes me so discouraged and makes me want to quit. How can I let go when things like this happen?

-It is business and not personal, you have taken it personally
-You feel violated because someone lied to you in order to get a refund, which in this case worked, new Sellers are targets for this type of bad Buyer behavior
-Occasionally transactions go sideways in many different ways, that's part of selling

They sent a picture and it showed moisture. I promise I checked before I packed it. When I got home yesterday, I checked another puzzle that was in the same area and stored with it. No moisture. It is confusing me how moisture got there. Thank you so much for your advice.
