Less 'View Numbers' the Next day, than from the Previous day in 1 30day Period?

This has happened to me a few times - I'd have say 100 views (Not Watchers) on an item, then the very next day I'd have 98 or 96 Views .. how is this possible?

The default view is the number of views in the last thirty days. After thirty days, any views older than that are no longer counted towards your total.

It's a 'rolling' 30-day period, if you will.
