Hi!
How is this possible that buyer can leave feedback without ever paying for the item? Are they manipulating something with the address bar? I have seen many cases and I had also a problem with that. There was a seller who used fake accounts (all accounts had same phone number) to leave negative feedback to the item he sells itself. None of the accounts ever payd. Some feedbacks were removed after the using resolution center for non paid item and some them I had to remove by calling to the ebay. I can even give the name of the account that is linked to all of the fake accounts. It is actually ridiculous how ebay can even allow such a thing and does not monitor a user with multiple accounts leaving comment to themselves. Funny thing is he used the same fake accounts to leave positive feedback to himself.

Yeah, that's so not true. When I started on Ebay you paid with checks. Sellers could not send things or could send garbage. if you complained you got a neg. There was no way through Ebay to get any kind of compensation.
OP if you file and close an Unpaid Item Dispute Ebay should remove the feedback.

It removed some of the feedbacks but not all. As said I had to call them and explain all. Why didn´t they also close the face accounts I dont understand. And the same seller has used the same accounts recently againts another seller. How is it possible to even leave feedback when not paying.

Did you open an Unpaid Item Case? If a case is open and closed in your favor they can't leave feedback. Cases need to be opened on unpaid buyers so they get a strike and can be blocked. Mine is set on 2 days to automatically open. eBay will do it for you.

Situation: item sold, no money received, immediate negative feedback left. So I have to wait many days before I can open a case. Then I have to wait for more days until the buyer answers or makes the payment. It took more than a week to get the feedbacks removed. In total I got 4 negatives, two of them were removed automatically. Two I had to let to remove via phone.

Don't you mean 'a work in non-progress'?

You can open a case 2 days after a sale. If it won't let you open a case you need to check the settings. The automatic setting for Unpaid Item Cases may be set for more than 2 days. Change the setting or turn it off and open a case manually.

E bay for sellers-especially new ones- is no longer the once deamland of selling--it is now a war zone with few real weapons for defense.
That is if you really consider Cs or filling non payment a weapon?
Could be worse--your buyer paid---- then files snad with their provided bullet proof E bay vest---maybe this buyer really did you a favor?
file- non payment-blacklist-set your selling blocks-re-enter the war zone with a minor injury.
Good luck in the war zone

If you opened a case and they did not pay, as you know the feedback should have been automatically removed.
Perhaps this is a glitch right now; I'm sorry you had to call CS when this should have been done automatically.
It would be great if the feedback option were not there until an item is paid for.
That would eliminate wasting CS and Seller time.

Open a case, if they don't pay, the feedback will be removed when the case is closed.
If they pay, I think the feedback stays
