Leaving Feedback

Having trouble leaving feedback for my buyers. All the system says when I try is "We ran into a problem, try later". This has been ongoing for a couple of weeks now. Any suggestions???

I haven't had this problem, I just left fb without any problem.

Steps to try.......

Use a different browser

Delete eBay cookies

Turn off any adblocker you might be running

Ensure javascript is enabled in your browser

If this has been ongoing for a couple of weeks it indicates an issue at your end.

You didn't state which screen you are attempting to leave feedback on.

First, I look at my feedback profile.

Then I go the the Manage Shipped Orders Awaiting Your Feedback screen. Feedback for buyers can be given.

Otherwise, feedback for buyers can be given on the Leave Feedback screen.

I had the same issue last week. It was a new design layout, MORE TINKERING! Then it reverted back to the normal display layout and has worked fine since. Although I still can't leave feedback for the orders that came in under the new design layout. I messaged my customers and explained the problem. Apparently, they will not ever receive their feedback now.
