Leave feedback as seller

I'd like to leave feedback for a buyer but the "leave feedback" prompt isn't available. How do I proceed? The item was delivered approximately 3-4 weeks ago. Thank you.

Thank you for your prompt response. I found this area too but the transaction I seek isn't on view there either. The item was delivered just a few weeks ago; it's hard to believe ebay would have ghosted the transaction already. But I'm new to ebay sales so I'm learning as I go. Thanks again.

Ebay gives you 60 days to leave feedback for a transaction.

You should have 60 days from the date the listing ended to leave feedback. When did the buyer make the purchase?

Thank you for your response. Less than a month ago. I'm told I have 60 days to leave feedback but somehow this transaction must have been ghosted in error.

Go to the Seller Hub Overview, look for the Orders Pane, there should be a filter for "Shipped and awaiting your Feedback".

If you click on that and still don't see the order you are looking for it means it's either more than 60 days since the sale OR you have already left feedback.

FYI - I only see two recent sales in your history and it appears you have left feedback for both of them. The oldest of the two is the Heidi Daus necklace sold on March 18th.
