Latest FVF's are increased.

Can't figure out why my recent FVF's are what they are. 

I'm not in MP yet, so they should still be 10% ... no?   

 FVF's on sales the last few days have been 10.2% of sales and shipping amounts.

Did I miss the announcement regarding this increase?

Final Value Fees increased by 0.20% in many categories for both Managed Payments and non-Managed Payment sellers on April 1st as part of the Spring Seller Update.
