Label printing

A while back I asked about changing the paper size for labels from the automatic 8.5 x 11 and was told that when I go to the shipping label page there would be a drop-down where I could change that to the 4 x 6, however when I went to print a label this evening there was no drop-down.  Do I have to be selling as a store to get that drop-down option?  TIA

There should be an option on the print page where it says more options.  That leads to a dropdown menu that includes scale.    That allows me to print a smaller image.  I use 75% of full size.  There is also an option to change paper size.   Best part is that it the reduction in scale saves ink if you are a small seller like myself who uses an inkjet.

Are you printing to a label printer (i.e., 4 x 6 size).  If so, hit control+P and then go into system dialog and choose your label printer there.  You can set that up as your default printer and it should give you the automatic parameters, but eBay goobered that up a while ago and I'm not sure if they fixed it - I quit using their system to print labels.

This appears to be fixed now.
