 I HAVE A PROBLEM.  IM A SELLER THAT HAS HAD THEIR LISTING REMOVED , DUE TO BEING A ENDANGERES SPECIES. OTHER SELLERS ARE SELLING SAME PRODUCT . AND THEY ARE ALLOWED TO STILL SELL SAME ITEM THAT I  WAS. I HAD NO REPORTS.  HIGH RATING S FROM MY BUYERS. AND I AM STILL SEEING  SAME ITEM SOLD AND FOR SALE  BY OTHER SELLERS. I THOUGHT EBAY HAD THE SAME RULES FOR ALL SELLERS. EVEN AFTER REPORTING ITEMS, THEY ARE STILL FOR SALE. SAME ITEM .

You job to know what is prohibited on eBay: looking at others listings is not the way to find out such...

Your listing got found and removed. The other sellers' listings may have not been found/reported yet.

Go ahead and report other listings. Use the Report Item link at the top left of the Description to report them.

Just don't relist yours. The first take down is a warning. The second time you probably get a 3 day suspension, then 5 days. The last takedown is a PERMANENT SHUT DOWN of your account.

They may not be endangered but it is a live species thats not allowed to be sold on eBay. 
Live animals policy 

Pets and most live animals aren't allowed on eBay. The few that can be listed must follow our policy.

Our live animals policy reflects our commitment to animal welfare and the protection of native, endangered, and threatened species.

What is the policy?

Sellers can only list the following live animals:

• Bees, crickets, and ladybugs that aren't endangered or threatened species or species listed on CITES Appendix I
• Domestic (not exotic) aquatic snails
• Fertilized eggs (species must be included in the listing description)
• Live bait such as minnows, shiners, earthworms, and mealworms
• Lobsters
• Mice sold specifically as food for pets
• "Stud" services (including but not limited to dogs, cats, horses, sheep, goats, and cattle)
• Tadpoles
• Tropical fish

Pets and other live animals not included in the list above are not allowed.

Sellers need to ensure that they have the necessary government permits and also guarantee safe, overnight shipping.

Your salamander maybe considered exotic therefore not allowed to be sold on eBay.
