MY ACCOUNT IS 7 DAYS OLD I HAVE 250 MONTHLY LISTING LIMIT AND 70 LISTING LIMIT OF MONTH ALSO WITH AMOUNT OF $3500 BUT I UTILIZE ONLY 16 OF IT AND FUND OF $500 IS UTILIZE AND I AM NOT ABLE TO LIST MORE PRODUCT AS PER THE GIVEN LIMIT I AM SHAREING  THIS MESSAGE KINDLY ANSWER MY QUERY IF ANY ABODY UNDERSTAND THIS

Typing in all caps is hard to read. Punctuation always helps too. 
You are brand new you will have monthly selling limits, there is no way around that. You can request an increase every 30 days but it’s not guaranteed. Over time your selling limits will increase. 
Request a selling increase

Since you haven’t sold anything yet, your monthly selling limits probably won’t be increased until you gain sales and experience.  7 days is way too soon to be asking for an increase.

eBay has limits by overall dollar amount, by loverall listing count, and also has category limits. 

eBay also has a user agreement that says "We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion".

Since you only ship to the US, I'm guessing your items are not located in India lie your listings say.

Looks like you're dropshipping from Aliexpress or Temu, which is not allowed.

Have a feeling you won't be around long.

Then there is that pesky thing of signing up for Payoneer and waiting to get approved, then waiting for up to 30 days for a payout through your Payoneer account after you waited several weeks to get your Payoneer account approved.

If your account is only 7 days old, you are listing too soon anyway, not enough time to have been approved by Payoneer to receive payouts.

It doesn't matter what your selling limits are you aren't going to sell anything, all of your items are brands that Americans are not familiar with and likely not up to US FDA standards.  Plus, all your prices are 2-3 times the price that the same products are available on other websites. Most of it is available on ebay itself for half your price.

We can buy unknown brand toothpaste and phony hair growth serums in our local dollar stores, we are not buying it on ebay for $31.

Notice how you haven't sold anything, expect that to continue forever.

Living in India and selling items in stores in USA only in the USA won't work for long.

Where does a buyer return something if buyer is not satisfied with the item?

At some point you will be issuing refunds which will cut into all your profits and thus creates a loss and not a profit.

Dear OP, Do you have all these 13 items in your possession? You might need to be a Distributer or these items. I wish you the best. I think  kensgiftshop is right. You will not be around long.
