So we moved our facility to another State. Nothing else changed - not banking, not credit card data,  EIN has not changed, there is NO sales tax collected here so no 'resale' license required.

So we are being asked for proof.

Ok, so the document from the State recognizing our LLC moved to it is not enough.

We are not 'in good standing' b/c we just moved and have not paid any taxes to the State yet

Cannot seem to get to a HUMAN that can understand the documents being requested - most of them - do NOT apply.

Any suggestions for how to get to a person in one of the silos to reinstate our account based on the doc's we have already submitted?

based on what has been posted so far, are you simply having a problem claiming sales tax exemption?

Might be some more missing pieces not related to the current situation.

How many sales were marked as 'out of stock' or canceled?

The listings are 'private' for a reason?

We updated our corporate address ( we moved) and it trigger a response for information - Which I can appreciate since a lot of hacking is going on.

EBay gives a list of things they want as proof we changed location.

You cannot get a Good Standing letter until AFTER you pay any taxes. We have moved mid year and are not obligated to pay any until 2025.

DE does NOT have a 'retail sales tax' so no document there to offer up either.

Gave them a copy of the document back from the State from our Registered Agent - they refused that.

Sent a copy of the FinCEN- Corporate Transparency Act  - they refused that too

Banking info did NOT change

Credit card on file number did not change

I'm out of ideas since we do not fit the perfect mold response for the AI to accept - guess no humans are involved that can comprehend the change of address with doc's already sent in.

We a cancelled a few orders once they stated we would not get a payout for future orders.

We took down to zero all listings to keep from cancelling and disappointing buyers

We don't sell a lot here - but enough to make it worthwhile to list a few items that move here better then other places.

On the other platform it is possible to get to a moderator / employee to state your case to and get assistance. I cannot find anything similar here - Is there one?
