Now for my Rant.
Ebay you force me to take returns. I have no choice. When I get a return request like it did not fit the application I wanted, I don't like the size or color....yada yada yada. Then I call you Ebay and say, These are buyers remorse as my listing clearly states size was OD (outside diameter) not ID (inside diameter) and you tell me just accept the return because while it is apparent that it was buyers remorse, Ebay is going to find in favor of the buyer. I take the returns back. On the size issue, I include a ruler next to the photo of my pill bottle. Buyer says its too big.....after buying 3 of them. I say to you Ebay, there is a ruler in the picture showing the size...Ebay you tell me to take it back because Ebay will find in the buyers favor.
So now I do not even have a discussion with buyers I just take the item back because Ebay will not stand buy the sellers. Ebay tells me that is what they want, that is the way to do business (not mine but Ebays way). So I succumb to your style of rules...total socialism style of dealing with issues. FREE FREE FREE for those that want if all off the backs of the working person and still you find a way to punish me.
Yes punish me for your total lack of concern for your customers. You see you think you are just affecting the sellers here, but you have damaged the buyers too. Good people who have come here for years to conduct friendly business. You have turned many a seller against the buyers and vice versa due to your socialistic views on how YOU (EBAY) think things should be done.
At one time I understood the cost of Ebay doing business. I did not mind paying my dues, however my gripe was that Ebay was not performing up to their capabilities for the monies they were receiving. Not so much anymore. Ebay is a cold heartless entity that could give too heaps about what they do, say or require of anybody. I know its about money, but I really don't think they are doing their investors much good either. I am now looking forward to the collapse of this empire.
There, thank you for letting me vent. Everything I said is how I feel. I know some will want to bicker back and forth but this is a rant as I am highly upset at Ebay and I am sure I am not the only one. I mean 13 items in the last 6 months out of 600. And only one of those were a valid return.

Not a good situation to be in, but when your returns fall, you won't have to pay the additional percentage. Hope they fall soon.

The email you got appears to be in regards to the Service Metrics. And if you are being compared to your peers it means you have had 10 or more SNADs filed in a single category during your eval period, which would be the previous 12 months.
That is a situation that is hard to work out of and the additional fees, if they have applied them to you yet, are more than difficult to deal with.
I hope you find a way to work your way out of this. I don't like the Service Metrics, for many reasons.
