Jewelry authenticity program question

Hi I was curious if anyone happens to know if i were to list a 18kt gold pocket watch chain in the necklaces or bracelet category if the authenticator would reject it.

My dilemma is it's a two tone chain and test positive for 18kt ( yellow links) and 14kt on the white gold links. The white gold is also sticking to a magnet but I've done the acid test numerous times on the same link and it definitely would of broke through any plating if it wasn't solid gold.

I've read older pieces especially w/ white gold used alot more nickel back in the day and sometimes even a bit of iron or cobalt.

My concern is if it doesn't go through authentication a potential buyer might use a magnet as there first go to to check it out and most ppl are of the mindset that any magnetism automatically mean the piece is fake.

Any input would be greatly appreciated it's a 12.75" chain so it's kind of too small to be a necklace and too big to be a bracelet and it has the pocket watch chain clasp so didn't want a ding on my account if the authenticator doesn't accept it.
