Hello! So I've come across some Japanese sellers,on eBay and on Amazon.But on eBay they ask for paypal. Is it ok to buy from these sellers

Just about everyone who sells on Ebay takes Paypal. Very, very few people have their own merchant accounts. Those are the only payment methods allowed here in most categories.

Why would it not be okay to buy from them?

I've been buying from Japanese sellers for close to 20 years now (here on eBay, on Amazon, and on other sites). Haven't had a problem with one yet.

Sellers on Amazon can't use Paypal.

It is even safer to buy from ebay sellers since the majority accept Paypal and you have an extra layer of protection that way.

Who said that Paypal is safer than Amazon? I've never had a problem with INR on Amazon, while on eBay, hmm
