Feedback is how you rate a seller. 
Review is how you rate a product not all products on eBay have a review option. 
ETA…That item you’re selling, is it in your possession? Because you’re using a stock photo stock photos plus copy and pasted descriptions screams drop shipping to me. If the item is in your possession take true pictures of that laptop.

Your no returns policy is meaningless when a buyer opens a not as described case. No returns doesn’t mean no refunds.

You should be using actual photos of the laptop you're selling, not just 1 stock image.
