Items in my watch list under condition are showing in some foreign language. It is not that I am watching anything being sold in another country because I put a couple of my own listings in my watch list and they are showing up in a foreign language under the watch list.

Perhaps they couldn't get enough volunteers, so they had to look further afield?

The results of lack of volunteers usually result in an intentional change. These are sometimes called "enhancements" if they think the spin will fly. Good news for sellers....
