I have had some Items that I have sold several months ago to a year and end up being listed back in my account with out me knowing it by Ebay. How many other people are having this problem?

this is always happens to me.. each week I sell items i no longer have. Years of this happening;

I've gotten in the habit of checking our listings 1-2 times a month to look for items like that, although it's a bit of a pain of course. We have enough listings I have to download our current listings and compare them to our spreadsheet of listed items, and it's not 100% perfect sometimes so it takes some time to be sure. Unfortunately it's been happening for years and is unlikely to be fixed anytime soon.

This happened a couple a times a year in the past, but in the last few months, I have 2 or 3 relisted items.

It seems to be getting worse.

Yep same here. Just caught four. I spent the last couple of days doing a complete physical inventory and reconciliation to my records and what ebay says I have listed.

I shouldn’t have gotten lazy. I quit using the post it note on my computer that I updated daily with how many items I had listed. List items and add to it, deduct the sales every night before I turn the computer off..

I got lucky and didn’t sell any of them.

Actually, this one was my mistake, which I caught. They are 2 different shirts. I posted the wrong pics on one, which I caught later. The ones relisted are taken down. Thanks for looking.

I just dont like losing my good rating for Ebays mistake. My items are not seen near as much now. My sales are down because of this. It takes forever to get your rating back up. It is not fair.
