I buy in bulk from Target dept store. I listed a authentic Apple iPhone pro max midnight blue case and 3 days later it was taken off due to EBay saying it was counterfeit. I called and explained my concerns gave them the model # along with the UPC code. Needless to say I was over talked and completely ignored. Target doesn’t sell counterfeit items and when I copied my listing title and did a EBay search I found others selling the same make and model as I had taken off. So is it just my luck or is EBay showing favoritism?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Target is not immune from selling counterfiet goods. I'm not making a judgement on your item but big time retailers can get scammed by wholesalers and greed just as much as anyone else.

Apple doesn’t want their product being offered by unauthorized sellers. They control their Brand.
There are many Apple products in eBay. These sellers either have permission to sell the Brand, or they haven’t been caught yet.
Do not concern yourself with or compare yourself to these listings. Your account is now on the radar. Future infractions will be easier now to spot and will come with consequences and will eventually lead yo suspension. There is no time limit, you are on that radar forever. Never list an Apple product or use their trademarked keywords.

Competitor may have reported you falsely. Unfortunately not much you can do about it.
Anyone claiming to know what Apple wants is just supposition.
Go through and report the rest of them, if you can't sell them nobody else should be either.
