It has become so frustrating trying to find any useful info from the item sold emails. The actual sales price is not shown. The buyer info not shown. The item link takes you to an old ebay page and does not give you any info about the sale. You have to refresh the page several times to get the seller view of the page that includes the order info links at top. The check payment status takes me to contact buyer page.
It would be helpful to actually put the order number link on the email, so it is easily accessible. Right now you have to do 3-4 steps to even get to the order.
I don't understand why the email template changes so frequently, and most the time, removes valuable info and replaces it with "ad" links.
Please give us the order number link in the email so that we can go to the sale in 1 click. - May I suggest changing the "check payment status" button with "go to order" would make things so much easier. Also the customer info would be appreciated.
