Can anyone tell me how to get in touch with eBay? I sold my embroidery machine, shipped it, it got some damage. Now I wanted to give the buyer the cost to repair off the price they paid for the machine. I have tried to explain that to ebay with no response. However, ebay has charged by cc the last 2 months for what I do not know. They never paid me and have closed this transaction. Any ideas how to tell them and have this issue corrected?????

When did you sell it?
Are you signed up for Managed Payments?
Since you're a new seller, they can hold the funds for 30 days.

Hey
First, you must be signed up for managed payments and then payments shold arrive within 30 days and thats in new seller case too. Second, getting in touch with ebay support is easy, go to help, and onwards just keep selecting options based on your issue. I hope this helps somewhat atleast. Good Luck.

I see nothing listed or sold under this account and you didn't provide a lot of information and what you did provide is confusing. Did the buyer actually pay for this item before you shipped it and how long ago has it been since you made the sale. If you are setup under MP eBay but you are not setup for eBay to take their fees out of the transaction then eBay would have gone to your checking account to get the funds first and if that did not have any funds available they would have charged your CC.
It may be the charges to your CC the fist month were for the eBay fees and the second month for potentially late surcharges if you used UPS to ship the item. You can pull a detailed report that will show you exactly what eBay charged you for. From your seller hub click on payments and at the drop down menu select reports and you will get the following. Enter the date range you want to look at and you will get a rollup of the charges. You can download the report section if you wish. It will load as a CSV file which you can open in Excel.

Out of curiosity, at any point in the transaction, did this person ask you for your email address, phone number, or Paypal address?
Like the others, I don't see where you made any sale on eBay. If your "buyer" was contacting you through these other methods, they may have pretended to buy your item, sent you a scam email or text saying they had paid for the item and instructing you to mail it. The email or text wasn't real though and they never paid for it. It would be a new (to me at least) variation of the scam if they asked for more more money after the sale so they could "repair" it but scam artists know that people who are fooled once are the best targets to try to fool again. I hope that's not what happened. Good luck.

The two statements highlighted in red are at odds with each other.

We would like to help you, but find most of your message to be confusing.
How about returning and laying this out in logical order.
You sold an embroidery machine (but not on this ID?).
Were you paid? You shipped it to the buyer? WHO never paid you?
Buyer claims damage? Did the buyer open an item not as described case?

Thanks for all responses. I am so confused too. Even more now.
Apparently, this is a new account.
The account I sold my machine on is - termus27.
It must be linked to my email address that I never look at.
This new account must be linked to the email I see every day.
I will try the HELP thing again, if I can find it.
Machine was sold in March.

Not so much.
ebay, I assumed, received the buyer's payment and was holding it. They closed the transaction without sending me any of that payment.

I'm not seeing any sales on this ID. Ok, if the buyer doesn't pay within 5 days, cancel the sale citing non payment and then block them.
Looks like you're pretty new seller of 4 days. Did you read up on selling here and what selling entails? Did you sign up for managed payments? The buyer can't pay if you have no way to receive the money. New sellers are also targets for scammers and sport bidders. They'll either try to scam you for the item and the cash or simply not pay you. Don't bother calling Ebay, they can do very little to help you. This is something you need to address. Cover your bases and FYI, you'll be more likely to get paid, if you avoid auctions and just use the buy it now, fixed price, immediate payment required and NO best offers. Make sure you accept returns too. No returns does not mean no refunds.
Good luck to you.

Again, new sellers. You gotta study and learn before selling. Sounds like you may have gotten scammed.
Sorry.

Try this route instead of Ebay CS:
https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/
These are US CS agents who are employed by ebay and may better serve you.
Hope things are resolved for you.

I was unable to find the account name termus27. You are going to have to dig into the reports for that account. If you have multiple accounts linked to the same bank account there may be some confusion. First step may be to fix the termus27 account so it is setup correctly.
