Item returned with different part

Hi all,  I have a buyer that returned a Voigtlander camera Lens, no problem, I take returns.  

However, the buyer sent back a different rear lens cap than the original cap.  The cap is hard to find and not easily replaced.  

I contacted my buyer about it and haven’t heard back.  What are my options?

1. You can report the return request to eBay as getting back something other than you shipped.
2. If you have free returns you can do a partial refund
3. If you do not have free returns go back to step #1
