I sold an item and shipped it to the buyer provided address through ebay. The package was returned to me as undeliverable. The buyer has contacted me and said they want me to reship the item to a different address and to give them my paypal information so they can pay for the shipping. The address in ebay is almost the same as the one the buyer wants me to now ship to. Seems odd, but this is the first time I have had this issue.

This is my standard advice for RTS (returned to sender) packages. Take the parts that are relevant to your situation.
You have a few options. You should decide which route you'll be taking and communicate with the buyer, but wait until the item is returned (and delivered) to you before you take any of the following actions.

Actually, your items don't seem expensive...if it's like under 10 bucks and buyer pays for shipping I would help the buyer.
There is always that nasty feedback one might get in a sale.
I had an item returned...yellow label stated "deceased"on package ....buyer contacted me and I re-sent it again.
Buyer was not 'deceased'.
Buyer never gave me any feedback even when I used my own money to re-send it...not even a thank you from the buyer.

This is what I would do...
When you get the item back, refund the buyet LESS SHIPPING.
Have the buyer fix their address in ebay.
Have the buyer re-purchase the item, this time with the correct address.
