Item received after refund issued. How to send an invoice?

I issued a refund on an item that was not delivered timely.  The item just showed up and the customer still wants to buy it?  How do I send an invoice?   thanks.

If you and the customer have PayPal you can send a money request through paypal.

If the customer is honest enough to want to pay for it, they could send you the funds via snail mail.

I guess you could make a special listing on ebay just for this customer.

Hello. I had something similar happen a couple of months ago. Wow - great to have such kind and honest buyers!! I made a listing for my buyer that I titled something like "Great Karma" and showed one pic of the item that they had already received. In the description, I put something like "great karma for a great buyer". The only hitch in your case is that the customer is not buying something else. In my situation, the buyer was buying another item at the same time and so I was able to bundle their karma purchase with the tangible item. You will have to ship w/o tracking and ask the buyer to mark the karma purchase having been received to avoid a ding on your eBay account. I hope this helps!

Unless both you and the customer both have paypal my guess is the buyer would just send you a check in the mail.
