Item not showing in "Manage All Orders" if an offer was accepted and not paid.  It should be there and showing "Awaiting Payment.  This has happened to the last few that I have accepted a lower amount/$

Item not showing in "Manage All Orders" if an offer was accepted and not paid.

Until the buyer pays, it's not an order.

Hi, if the offer that you accepted was a Counteroffer from the buyer, it doesn't show in awaiting payment, the item stays active for other customers to purchase until the buyer pays, and, unfortunately, the buyer doesn't receive a message to let them know that you accepted their counteroffer.  In this situation, I send a message such as the following to let them know that they need to pay:

"Hello, I wanted to let you know that I did accept your counteroffer for xxxxxx a while ago and that ebay doesn't automatically process the payment when counteroffers are accepted.  So this item will remain active for other customers to buy until you pay.  I don't think ebay sends you any notification about this so I like to follow up with a message so that you're aware that the offer was even accepted!"

Every time, the buyer pays immediately upon receiving my message and thanks me because they were unaware that the payment didn't automatically process.

Thank you, that was very helpful.  It also makes it, so that I can't send an invoice.  I had a buyer who I accepted their offer on 2 items and I wanted to send an invoice for the second one with out shipping, since I was going to combine shipping.  Instead they had to pay shipping on both, and I have to refund them the shipping on one of them.
