Item not received

Why is it so hard for eBay to help their sellers???? When there is a weather related incident that affects mail delivery and you get an item not received from someone directly in the problem, can't they just have a form letter they send to buyers??? They do it to us sellers all the time and expect us to know everything even though eBay tells sellers NOTHING and treats them like CRAP!!!

Item not received

You will be fine.  Ebay will protect you.  Often Ebay doesn't take care of it upfront, but have it handled before it is evaluation time.

Doesn't your buyer realize there was a weather event?  Why wouldn't the buyer be working with you?  I think those are two good questions too.  I would understand the buyer emailing you, but filing a claim when they are painfully aware of the events that have happened in their area recently, is more than a little odd to me.

What is the tracking saying?

Have you contacted Ebay?  If so, what have they said?
