Okay, an odd situation here. I listed this item about a week ago (Oct 21) https://www.ebay.com/itm/176640536642, and went to check my listings for any ghost listings or missing listings yesterday, and discovered that this one did not show in my Active Listings (either the actual page, or the downloaded report), so I pulled it to retake photographs and prepare to relist.
Imagine my surprise when among the options for "Related listings from other sellers" was my listing I had created just a few days earlier, and when I searched for it on eBay, it popped right up with our name attached, just like any other listing we've ever created, still available for sale! If I had listed it again, we could have ended up selling two copies, when we only have the one.
Anyone have any insight as to why eBay doesn't think this is an active listing when I'm in the Active Listings page, but does when I just search eBay directly?
EDIT: Revising the listing fixed the issue. Thanks to @mcdougle4248 and @lacemaker3 for their help!

If you revise the listing, will it reindex and show up on your active listings page?

Tagging @lacemaker3 for you. They are very good at helping with mysteries such as this 😊

@mcdougle4248, thanks for the shout out, but I am not having any trouble finding that listing by searching for it, and I don't really have any insight into @brightlightbookseller's issue, that it's not showing up in their active listings.
Bright Light, can you share a screenshot that shows how you were looking for it when you couldn't find it? Where it should have been (but wasn't)? Maybe that would help.

Thanks @lacemaker3! Yeah, from the Active Listings page of Seller Hub, I tried searching by the entire exact title (copied from the listing), and by just the first part, and I get 0 results:
Very odd to me!

Just guessing here ... what if you search for roningai, all one word? That's how it's spelled in the item specifics, so that should work in a search as well.

Thanks, but I tried that too, and it still doesn't come up in my Active Listings (does work on the general eBay search, though).

Oh, and @lacemaker3 , I tried searching by the Custom Label (SKU) field, which we use, but it doesn't come up that way either. It's like it thinks it's not our listing.

I'll test that now, thanks for the suggestion! EDIT: That fixed it! Thank you!
