I know that one. Try clearing all your browser/cache/history. That may or may not work, it has in the past. If that does not work, try different browser. If you are using Firefox, it seems to be more prevalent. I stopped using it and now am using Mircosoft Edge.

Do you mean when you look at an item for sale, the description of it is just a narrow column down the left side of the page, instead of being full-page wide?  I've noticed this also lately.  My fix is to refresh the page.  That usually fixes it, but not always.  I haven't figured out what causes it.
