Item Specifics Requirements

Is anyone out there as frustrated as I am with the "item specifics"??? Since most of my merchandise that I sell is really old, most of the "specifics" don't apply. It will force me in the future to just "pick" a category or description in order to comply. This time eBay has gone too far!!!!

Yes.  99% of the time they don't apply, especially with vintage items.  Just fill in required, fill in recommended if they apply and ignore the rest.  eBay is forever trying to build up their catalog.  When you see "add recommended" click on it, scroll down and hit "don't ask me again"  That will shut them up.  

I'm tired of them too.  We all are.  I think of it as that friend that drones on and on about nothing relevant to the conversation.
