I understand how to do this. I have been posting my listings in that way many times. There is a problem. That's why my question here was. If I try to sell similar or relist or just create new listing it shows Serbia as Item Location for seconds, but then when I click save and try to publish my Listing, it immediately switches to the United States and shows something like a Country misrepresenting error as if I selected the United States as item Location but set Shipping outside of the United States. When I go back to Item Location list to edit and set manually Serbia, I can't find Serbia there in that list or it appears for seconds, I select it but then again when I save Listing, it changes to the United States. Sometimes it allows me to relist or through sell similar list my old listings correctly with Serbia stated as Item Location. But when I start to edit and revise such listing, the problem with switching to the United States occurs again. Sometimes it even allows me to save me Listing with the United States as Item Location together with my Serbian city but I do not want my listings show incorrect country because it is violation of policies and disinformation for buyers. There is a mess in the system and it is hard for me to create listings here now as usual. PS. Yugoslavia is not available here. I thought about this too but could not find it in that list 🙂
