Hi, I am here to report a glitch when creating or revising a listing on ebay.com for item locations outside of the US (specifically Serbia).
The problem is that the Item Location changes to the United States and the country disappears from that list of countries and I am unable to select and set it. Can you please say why is it permanently switching to the United States? It really behaves like a glitch, because when one is creating a listing and goes to this section where one can choose the item location, Serbia disappears, then reappears and then disappears. It was only after multiple attempts that I was able to finally create the listing with the right item location, while the system kept playing hide-and-seek.

I believe it is in eBay's interest to deal with this asap, because a wrong item location is a violation of eBay's seller policies and the system currently forces sellers to indicate US by removing the correct country from the country list (due to glitch). So through no fault of their own, the sellers in Serbia may have the US item location instead of the correct one because of this glitch, which has now been reported on here twice.
