It was not possible to generate the label. Post from address line 1 is too long.

I'm currently trying to generate a return postage label but I keep getting this message.

I've edited the buyers address with punctuation ; so as to shorten it, but without success.

Any help please ???

Try dropping part of the first line onto a second line.  We have to do that often.
