It's The Sellers Fault

I should not complain, I have been doing OK, Nothing Great But OK!, My Impressions,Click Through & Page Views were all positive & Suddenly are crashing down big time, Now I still do what I normally do, I did not change anything, keep listing, photos are great, pricing, Etc. Etc., But New listings not getting many or any views, Went searching can hardly find many of my items, Went searching for hot wheels universal monsters series, & the first on the list was a Mickey Mouse car, & a Monster truck, & all kinds of others & then a couple of what I was looking for, But It Must Be My Fault!!

How many listings do you have up for sale? I am having issues with my items being indexed on the ebay search. This issue started on Sept 1 for me and its been so strange. You may be experiencing the same issue. I know for a fact there is a problem with this and I am trying to gather data to have some proof to take it to the higher ups in ebay.

I Have Over  2300 listings, Which I actually reduced from over 3500, because I am combining more items together

I suppose if you tweak everything it must come up, but what I put in should have been enough to get to what I'm looking for

Ok, it is showing that you have 2,348 listings currently. So the indexing problem is not your issue. Ugh! Was hoping that I would collect another seller having that problem but you are not one of them. 😞

@meme6253  I just took a quick look at your "view listings"....I believe ebay and Google have both said not to use hyphens or other unnecessary punctuation in titles. Now, whether this hurts your search page placement or not, I don't actually know. But you might want to experiment with titles without hyphens to see if it makes a difference.

@samanthasb0utique  Just curious. I see 25 active listings for you when looking at your store or at your "view listings". How many more active listings do you have that aren't showing up?

I have 27 listings up for sale. Two of them are not being indexed in the eBay search engine:

i am currently speaking to merchant support and they agree that it is strange that my new listing after sept 1 aren’t indexing right away like they have been for the last 10 years. They need more evidence and examples in order to go to tech support to do a deep dive into this. There may be many others that have this issue and just don’t even realize it.

"What you normally do" is just one variable out of countless others. It could be that supply, demand, pricing, competition or the economy has changed.

So, the issue is not that they are not being indexed at all....it's that they are taking much longer than normal to index? It looks like they've been properly uploaded to ebay and can be found with a link (as you provided), but are you saying if I did a search for those titles I would not find them? And what if I plugged in the item number to conduct the search?

@samanthasb0utique  Any chance that this is an issue restricted to Authenticity Guarantee handbags? In other words, most sellers wouldn't be encountering this? Or do you think that this is impacting others as well?
