Unless this has changed, if you do not wish to accept returns, you must have that as your return policy, however, even with that, the eBay MBG will still show once the listing is live (and I think when listing/editing the listing).  I could be wrong, so let me apologize now, but my last set of listing had a No Returns policy No Returns policy.
