Why would I get this message?  Is this a glitch?

There is suddenly no return policy on the page when listing.

My business policy page has not changed, the listing page is missing the return policy line.

Switch over to the advanced listing tool instead.

Having the same problem. "Add other details" option is gone, too. Tried with Chrome and Firefox, changed PC, but same result. Must be a glitch on eBay's side.

I'm having the same issue.  I called ebay.  40 minutes later still no solution.

Told me to try again in 24 hours - like that will change anything!

Suddenly I'm getting the same message.  My biz policies have not changed, there is no longer a returns policy option on the Create Your Listing page.  Has anyone resolved this?  Does it revert back to normal after some time?
