I have a customer who is unhappy with a product I sold ~5 months ago. We agreed that I would issue a partial refund. I do not see a way to do this. Looking for help.
Is there a way to dispute a complaint to ebay or a poor rating. Given that the sale was made over 120 days ago, I believe a partial refund is more than appropriate.
Also if this is in the wrong category, please let me know where I should seek advice.

when I go back that far in my orders all I see is "view payment details"
Doesn't the chance of refund fade after 3 months?

I believe after that long you won't be able to refund. You could see about PayPal'ing them the money if you feel it's necessary, but you're generally not under any obligations after that long (kudos to you for looking out for them, though).

Go to ORDERS, ALL ORDERS (click on item and SEND REFUND).

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions, but costaltechsolutions seems to be correct that there is not way TO AUTOMATICALLY issue a refund after 90 days.
Caldreamer, you would have been correct if the sale (or delivery?) was within 90 days.
Now, how do I contact ebay for help on this matter.

I do not see eBay helping in this situation as the policy time has passed.
You could 50% refund the buyer through PayPal
Just hope that after you do the buy does not file a claim with their financial institution
I understand and applaud you wanted to make things right, I'm just giving something to think about

Perhaps it is past the ebay 30 day money back guarantee.
