Issues with returns.

I'm not sure how many sellers are aware of this, but eBay is punishing us with INAD defects because items don't "fit"!!!!! You can describe the item correctly, include a clear picture of the size tag, include measurements where applicable and and still a buyer can claim "item not as described" because it doesn't fit THEM!!!!! Why do brick and mortar stores have dressing rooms?! Why do shoe stores have benches and mirrors for trying on shoes?!?! Because size is subjective!!! You have to try things on and this is why we offer returns so that items that don't fit can get returned. "Doesn't fit" isn't a "nuisance" return choice that doesn't effect your metrics, like eBay claims! It very much effects metrics. If your return rate gets into the " high" range you are punished with higher fees and less exposure in the algorithm. If you're just starting out or are a small seller, you don't have enough sales to lower that rate and you can't get get any massive increase in sales to off set it, no matter how much you list because you are effectively throttled or "shadow banned". This has got to stop.

Issues with returns.

Your concerns are a couple weeks old.  Did you get it resolved?

You don't get a defect on an INAD unless you don't handle it and the buyer asks Ebay to step in.

FYI If a buyer chooses the reason "item doesn't fit", that is NOT an INAD, it is a Buyer Remorse Return Request.
