Issues with payments?

Is anyone having issues with buyer's payments?  My buyers the last few days are having issues trying to pay.  Is there anybody else having issues or ebay having issues that anybody knows of?

Are these buyers in the US or international?  If it is international, check the listing and change your location in the shipping and payment section to see if there is a shipping price for that location. If not, they won't ever be able to pay as the EIS hasn't given you a price for that country.  It may not ship that item there or it could be a glitch but afaik there is not much that you can do.

Issues with payments?

I just bought and paid for something today. Yesterday I had 6 buyers pay with no problems. It must just be some bad luck on your part and/or people are trying to scam you. How do you know a buyer cannot pay ?.

I'm not having that issue, but just a warning for you.

Scammers will often use that excuse to get your email address or other info from you.

Don't fall for it.

@Anonymous

What exactly are they telling you? If they're telling you they can't pay because they're new and Ebay won't let them,  it's a scam attempt.  Here's a few things to look for where scammers are concerned:

1. Buyer asks for your email address, Paypal address
2. Buyer sends you a phone number to text/call him/her
3. Buyer asks you to buy gift cards to go with the order
4. Buyer asks you to send the item to a different address after paying
5. Buyer wants you to send the item overnight/express and will pay you a lot extra to do this
6. Buyers says that they cannot pay through the eBay website and sends you a link to click on so that the payment will go through
7. Buyer offers more for your item than the price you have it listed for

Honestly,  I would remove the best offer feature, because that's a sport bidder magnet like auctions are.  Buy it now, no best offers, immediate payment required checked off.  That's it.  You'll get more serious buyers.

Happy Selling.

No, none of my buyers are reporting issues with paying.
Could be you’re a target of scammers. Be on alert, don’t give in to scammers requests for your phone number or paypal email address.
