Not saying it'll work for you... but when that happens to me, I refresh the page. It winds up in Drafts. Good luck, if you try...

I've had this happen to me, too.
I discovered that if I pause making a listing for about 30 minutes or so, then come back to resume entering the details, and then hit "List Item" when I'm ready to list it, the same thing happens to me... it just spins and continues to try loading and never gets there. Then when I refresh the page to get out of the never-ending spin, I lose all of the data I've entered and have to start all over again. Sometimes it ends up in my drafts with some of my previously listed new details, but not all of them and not always. That causes me to "Resume Draft", find out where the draft left off with the new details, put them in again, resume entering the listing details, then successfully hit "list item" without taking another big break.
Now, if I need to walk away and suspend a listing for a substantial amount of time before I'm ready to hit "List Item", I will save everything as a draft until I come back later to resume entering details.
I don't know if this helps you, but it is how I prevented the never-ending spinning when I hit the "List Item" button after a big delay.
Cheers, Duffy

Similar thing happened to me today. I spent a long time on a listing, then when I hit "List Item", the spinner flashed for just a second or two, then went back to the listing. Tried again a couple of times and got the same thing. So then I tried to save as draft. That time I got the spinner, but it wouldn't quit spinning. After a minute or so, I hit the page refresh, and then the listing came back, but all of my nicely edited and resized photos were gone, and my description was all run together. I was very aggravated!! I finally got it all redone, but it took way longer to do that one listing than it should have.
In the future, I will try to remember to save as draft every few minutes, and save myself some frustration!

The last 4 days mine keeps refreshing,
I have had to keep re doing my listings, and find if I do it all in seconds it will finish, or loose all of the past 30 seconds when it reloads. I have cleaned my computer, reset everything, it is obviously ebay site related.
I am working with Windows 7, and Chrome.
Any fixes out there??
