Issue Running Store Promotion

Im trying to run a promotion on my store, and when i go to creat a sale event and finish up it keeps saying page not responding, try to access directly from ebay home page. 

i know they have switched to where sale event and markdown manager merge, but i don't see it. and running sale on markdown alone doesn't show the green new sale price like before when running sale event. help please.

Same problem, even when trying to edit an old one i get directed to the "Page is not responding" page.  Tried from different links.
