Isn't Ebay supposed to notify seller by email of an offer?

I didn't know I had an offer until I was reviewing my listings, which I don't do every day. I've had one or two offers in the past, and always received an email notification.

     I have never relied on email communications to keep track of what is happening on eBay. I check seller hub at least a couple of times a day and operate off of that. Email was a bit iffy in the past from my experience and it's hard to say what all is going on with the new messaging system.

I don't rely on emails. What if a message doesn't go through, for some reason?

I put the eBay app on the home page of my phone and enable badge notifications.

It is  ALWAYS advisable to review your Seller Hub Overview page any time  you sign on to eBay you'll be surprised of the info you will discover.    Do it or at least once/day but more is  betta' depending on your activity level.
