Is there really no way to see which listings don't qualify for TRS+ ??

Yesterday I had a frustrating surprise.  Well it started good -I sold a Victorian necklace for almost $500 within a few hours and only about 10 views after I listed it (must have UNDERpriced it, lol oh well).  But then I saw the payable amount and it seemed kind of 'lean' so I checked to see if it sold via promotion -nope, organic apparently.  So I looked at the full breakdown, and realized I was paying the full 13% FVF for jewelry, no 10% discount for being TRS+.  I looked at the listing and realized it was somehow 'Buyer pays return shipping.'    I then went to my templates and realized I had set the one for 'vintage necklaces' that way, and this included the other 3 necklaces currently listed.  So I edited the template, made sure none of the other category templates were wrong, bulk-edited ALL current listings to free returns to fix those 3 listings and any others that may happen to be wrong somehow.  And then I even bulk-edited all listings to have 1-day handling, just in case any didn't.  I also checked all my templates to make sure they were all 1-day.

But today at the bottom of my Seller Level page, it still says only 38 of my 45 listings qualify for benefits.  So that's SEVEN unqualified, more than double the amount I thought there were, even before I fixed those. But I can't figure out WHICH seven could possibly be the stinkers.  What's extra frustrating is that blue link for 'See exceptions' - wouldn't it be swell if clicking that showed you which listings are the exceptions so you can try to figure out why?  Oh but no, it just goes to the help page describing what causes exceptions, which I already knew and thought I thoroughly addressed yesterday.

Does fixing them just have a long lag period or something?

I see TRS+ on all your listings but the 1950s coro necklace listing.

Usually when I do a revision the listing changes right away.

Not sure if this helps you. 🙂

Thank you so much for taking a look.  But man this is BONKERS!  I specifically checked that one after editing, to make SURE it was switched to free returns. But now it's switched back to buyer pays!!

Return Policy and Handling Time aren't even options to have in the Active Listings display, so as to scroll down and see which ones may be wrong.

It looks fixed now. The badge is in the listing. There probably is a small lag to get the badge picture on the side of the listing (I hope that makes sense) as it is not there yet.

Well if what you mean is you see it now says Free Returns, that's because I just RE-revised it right after taking that screenshot^.  But like I said, I already revised it yesterday, and it WAS FIXED in the listing page view (I checked).  Matter of fact, I did that one first, a la carte (by revising the listing all by itself) BEFORE I got the idea of doing a bulk edit for all my listings.

I don't know why I didn't think of this before, but I just viewed my listings as my 'other self' (via my other account) and when I sort by Free Returns, it does show all 45 listings.  So that is fixed .... unless any of them switch back again.

But my Seller Level page still shows only 38/45 as eligible for TRS+ benefit.  So I'm guessing it MUST be handling time for the 7 ineligible.  But there's no way to sort a seller's listings by handling time.  Poop.
