Is there no simple way to provide feedback to eBay?

As far as I can tell, there is no simple way to send a quick message to eBay providing feedback as a user/customer. I don't want to call them and have to go through a phone queue and have a long conversation. I just want to send them some brief text to provide input about a feature that I would like to see changed. It's silly that in this digital age, the only way the allow their customers to contact them is through old-fashioned telephones.

Most pages have a "tell us what you think" link in the upper right quadrant of the page.  If the link isn't there I would put a post in the Technical issues discussion group.

But seriously, they likely just round-file all that stuff. Not to be dismissive but many of us have been complai..... errrr suggesting for years.
