Is there anyone to use EPN?

Hi, it is said that sellers can take advantage of EPN to let the internet celebrities  to sell their products. Does anyone knows how to use it? Is it easy to count the commission? Thanks.

There were so many internet celebrities at the Met Gala this year, I was shocked.  Internet celebs are here to stay & gaining a lot in respectability.  Hell, I just was able to connect with my teenage niece for the first, over you-guessed-it, a YT celeb we both like.  Influencers are here for the long haul.   I'm not familiar with EPN though, so not sure on that.

The celeb would be the one getting the commission from ebay so you wouldn't be concerned with that unless you are the celeb advertising ebay items.
